Organizational learning studies how organizations acquire, interpret, retain, and apply knowledge over time. It is relevant to OIF because Organizational Intelligence depends on learning from experience and improving future decisions.

- How does learning become embedded in routines, processes, or systems?
- What prevents lessons from transferring across teams?

Organizational memory concerns how organizations store and retrieve knowledge, experience, routines, decisions, and context.
