Adoption

Adoption guidance explains how organizations can apply the Organizational Intelligence Framework without tying the framework to a specific vendor, product, or implementation.

OIF adoption should begin with the organization's current ability to observe, understand, remember, reason, decide, act, and learn. The goal is to improve Collective Understanding, Organizational Memory, governance, and learning over time.
