Architecture Guide

Architects can use the Organizational Intelligence Framework to define technology-independent capabilities for an Organizational Cognitive Engine.

The architecture should connect people, processes, enterprise systems, data, documents, events, and AI into governed Systems of Understanding. It may be centralized, federated, or hybrid, depending on organizational constraints.

Architecture Questions

  • What must be observed to create useful understanding?
  • Where should Organizational Memory be persisted?
  • How will context, identity, permissions, provenance, and audit be preserved?
  • Which reasoning and decision patterns require human approval?
  • How will learning signals improve the next Organizational Intelligence Cycle?
