Assessment Guide

The OIF maturity assessment helps organizations reason about their current Organizational Intelligence capabilities.

The draft scoring model is experimental. It must not be represented as a certification, formal standard, or official conformance program.

Assessment Use

  • Identify where knowledge, context, decisions, and learning are fragmented.
  • Compare current capability against the draft maturity dimensions.
  • Select a small number of improvements that strengthen Organizational Memory, Collective Understanding, and feedback loops.
  • Reassess after meaningful changes to systems, processes, or governance.
